Moving business
Moving business

Yesterday evening I participated in a meeting organised by Wim Aalbers. The reason for this meeting was the publication from a new book, called “Moving the Business”. The book contains businessblogs form Wim and 10 guest-writers (I am one of them). All participants, although working in different fields, had a lot in common. They all love the movement, take initiatives and think in opportunities, not in terms of danger. For them “writing is doing” and publishing ideas leads them to new business and activities. Everyone involved has fun in living his or her own free life, based on responsability and trust. It is very inspirational to live this way.
In particular during times of economic crisis we need movement to recover, to find new ways of dealing with danger and risks. Stopping all projects and activities is not a solution to the problem.
Just returned from my trip to China I see a lot alike in the booming economy of Shanghai region. Although the situation is different, the solution for the future lies also in entrepeneurship and intrapeneurship. Therefore people, individuals are needed, who take action, are creative and think in opportunities. The young generation seems to be very willing to develop in this direction. It’s an opportunity to help them learning more about “Moving the Business” and removing the obstacles. It’s all about bringing dreams to reality and about sense making in your own decison making.
